SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail and International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International or International priority depending on weight. If you need your item(s) shipped faster please let me know prior to purchase so that a listing may be reserved for you with extra shipping costs. Tracking information can be found on your PayPal account. Not all international shipments can be tracked through USPS.


Lost Mail: 100% of packages include shipping confirmation and tracking (unless unavailable for some countries). If the package has been marked delivered and is not at doorstep, please check with neighbors and your local post office.


PLEASE NOTE: I am NOT responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. If you would like to purchase insurance you may do so by contacting me prior to ordering.


ALL LOST, STOLEN OR RETURNED packages paid without insurance are the responsibility of the buyer. USPS failures are not my fault or a reflection on my level of dedication to my customers. Priority mail packages are now insured see www.usps.com for more info. 


INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Please note shipping times may vary due to customs. If you have a deadline for an item please plan to order in advance. Customs fees and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer if your country deems the items as taxable you may have a fee before you can obtain your package from your local postal office. I have yet to see or hear of additional fees customers have to pay however it is a possibility. Most items are low in price and do not reach the threshold for taxation in many countries.

EASY RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

Must be made within five (5) days of receipt. After five days, all sales are considered final. Refunds are only issued if the buyer receives a defective product. All refunds will be issued via Paypal or directly to your credit card depending on the original payment method for the price of the goods only; initial postage costs are non-refundable. Refunds are issued after the safe return of the product. Returned shipping is at the cost of the buyer.
